At Pardesi Drip, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, unique apparel. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing, as we strictly adhere to the terms below.
1. No Returns or Refunds (General Policy)
All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference, including issues related to sizing, fit, color discrepancy, or buyer’s remorse.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or replacements for any reason other than a product being received in a damaged condition.
We strongly encourage you to carefully check the size guides and product descriptions provided on the product page before placing your order.
2. Exception: Damaged or Defective Items Only
We only accept returns and offer refunds/replacements if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
How to Report a Damaged Item:

Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (based on the carrier's delivery date).

Provide Proof: Send an email to pardesidripinfo@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Item - Order [Your Order Number]." Your email must include:

Your name and order number.

A clear description of the damage or defect.

Photographic evidence (clear, high-resolution photos) showing the damage on the product and the exterior shipping package.

Assessment: Our team will review the photos and information. If the damage is verified, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Exchanges and Replacements
If your return request for a damaged item is accepted:

We will first attempt to replace the item with the same product, size, and color, subject to inventory availability.

If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We will cover all shipping costs related to the return and shipment of the replacement item.
4. Policy on Shipping Damage
Pardesi Drip is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to your address.

If your package arrives damaged externally, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and notify us immediately.
